Tamkeen Strategic Partner of the 18th World Productivity Congress
Under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister, Bahrain will host the 18th edition of the World Productivity Congress under the theme “New Roads to Innovation and Higher Productivity.”
The congress is organized by JAFCON Consultants for Productivity Improvement in strategic partnership with Tamkeen and UNIDO. The Bahrain Society for Training and Development is a co-organizer of the event. The congress, which will be held at the Gulf Convention Centre – Gulf Hotel between 2nd and 4th April, is the first of its kind in Bahrain, the GCC countries, and the MENA region.
More than 600 leading businessmen, industrialists, scholars, decision makers, administrators, and productivity experts from 72 countries will discuss successful experiences on the use of resources and productivity improvement at the two-day convention.
Discussions will focus on three main areas: “Financial stability and economic growth through higher productivity, “social enhancement, productivity drivers and indicators,” and “education reforms and innovation ecosystem.”
The congress is expected to attract many regional and international speakers and provide a valuable platform to exchange expertise and conclude agreements among various vital sectors in 600 countries. It will shed light on the concept and status of global productivity, allowing participants to identify their position on the global productivity map.
