Employment Support Programs

Building on the success of our employment programs over the years, we continue to facilitate the entry of Bahraini graduates and jobseekers into the labor market, while also expanding our support to include training aimed at preparing jobseekers for the labor market and equipping them with the skills required to kickstart their careers.

To do that, we offer various programs with higher support caps and enhanced incentives that cater for the needs of private sector enterprises and labor market realities. This allows us to continue marching towards achieving our mandate in making Bahrainis the first choice of employment in the labor market.

Our Approach

We understand the challenges that enterprises may face in finding the right talent. Therefore, we designed programs that help them employ Bahrainis across different sectors and specialties.
