Remote Services Center
Welcome to the Remote Service Center. You can now get a complete digital experience without having to visit any of our service centers in person. This goes in line with our strategy and customer promise.
These are all the services available through our remote channels.
- Create an account on the portal to submit your applications for support programs tailored to you and your organization. If you have Bahrain's eKey, you can log in directly.
- To submit a support request for your organization, you will need to add the commercial registration to your profile. You can also select the profile type, whether you are a business owner, a training service provider, a bank, or a service provider.
- You can add and edit your bank account number (IBAN) that you wish to use for your financial transactions with Tamkeen.
- You can now add multiple users to access your organization's account and track requests, whether for employment support, career development for your national workforce, or institutional business support. You will also be able to attach an authorization letter for users not registered under the same organization.
- Select the support program you wish to benefit from and start filling out the application form. To proceed with the support process and submit payment requests, you will need to confirm your approval of the support after reviewing it through this service.
- Through this service, you can submit and track payment requests due under the support programs that have already been approved.

This form comes as part of our continuous monitoring efforts to ensure the protection of public funds. It allows all employees, training providers, business owners, and customers benefiting from Tamkeen’s programs to submit suspected cases with complete confidentiality.
We regularly host introductory sessions to help you learn more about our programs, how to benefit from them, eligibly criteria, and the application process. If you’re interested in attending any of these sessions, please click on the Register button to book a slot.
You can now issue, submit and replace security cheques electronically if you have an active e-cheque account.
