For Human Capital:  

• Program specific criteria are applicable for Human Capital support as per the selected training or employment program selected.  
• Services provided by Bahraini freelancers adhering to the project-based support mechanism may be subsidized by Tamkeen

Creative Companies Support:  

Creative Companies will be supported through Tamkeen’s various programs available under our Enterprise support pillar.

Creative Companies include the below creative sub-sectors:

• Film & TV, Performing Arts  
• Design (Fashion and Jewelry)  

Project-based Support:  

We subsidize up to 50% of essential operational and commercial costs, which can be categorized under the following support areas:  

• Project Conceptualization  
• Localization  
• Equipment   
• Space Rental  
• Employment (where freelance only applies)  
• Marketing and PR  
• Intellectual Property   

  Creative projects led by creative companies will be evaluated on their ability to implement a clear commercialization plan, achieve defined objectives, and leverage existing partnerships to transform the initiative into a profitable business venture. Supported sectors include:
