Individuals can apply to this program through Tamkeen’s portal.  

• Highest academic degree 
• Enterprise on-the-job training acceptance letter
• On-the-job training plan and structure (optional)
• MOL summary sheet (optional)
• MOL tri-party contract (optional)

Trainees enrolled in the on-the-job training program are entitled to a paid leave of 4 working days per month, which includes sick or annual leave days, in accordance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

In all cases, the number of days of attendance on the job must not be less than 20 days, except in emergency situations, which is subject to the discretion and approval of the Labour Fund Tamkeen or obtaining a full-time job and registering in the SIO. This is in accordance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The training must be physical in the workplace and on-the-job training is not accepted remotely except with the prior written approval from the Labour Fund Tamkeen
