Skills Bahrain is an initiative under the Labor Fund “Tamkeen,” dedicated to unlocking the full potential of Bahrain’s human capital. We harness the power of data analytics and inclusive stakeholders’ interaction to enable strategic decisions that can make Bahraini talent a key driver of growth for the economy.
Our mission focuses on driving and coordinating the development of local skills to address the evolving needs of labor market. We work closely with employers, education and training providers, and government stakeholders to provide actionable insights, sector-specific data, and practical tools that can inform and guide initiatives aimed at closing skills gaps across various economic sectors.
Skills Bahrain develops sector skills reports and other related publications in consultation with the private sector, to help bridge the skills gap in the Bahraini labor market.
