Tamkeen extends employment and wage increment support 89 Bahrain employees at Ibn Al Nafees Hospital
The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” announced its support for Ibn Al Nafees Hospital through wage increment for 55 employees in addition to the employment of 34 Bahrainis across various fields and specializations within ongoing efforts to enhance employment and career development opportunities for Bahraini talent in the private sector.
This initiative aligns with Tamkeen’s strategic priorities for 2025, which focus on enhancing the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector, equipping Bahrainis with suitable skills for career development in the private sector and prioritizing enterprise growth, digitization and sustainability and supporting the development of the ecosystem surrounding the labor market and private sector.
Tamkeen’s Chief Growth Officer Mr. Khalid Al Bayat reaffirmed that Tamkeen’s support to employ and promote Bahraini employees at Ibn Al Nafees Hospital is in line with Tamkeen’s objectives to enhance employment opportunities and career development for Bahrainis in the private sector across all industries.
“The healthcare sector in particular offers substantial opportunities for the employment of qualified Bahraini personnel across various specializations and the support provided to Ibn Al Nafees Hospital contributes to increasing the presence of Bahrainis in this vital sector through supporting the wage increment for 55 Bahrainis working at the hospital in addition to the hiring of 34 Bahrainis employees,” added Mr. Al Bayat.
Meanwhile, Mr. Mohammed Al Aali, Director of Human Resources and Training at Ibn Al Nafees Hospital expressed the hospital’s commitment to increasing Bahrainization levels within its workforce and emphasized the high quality of local talents and their ability to perform diverse roles with proficiency and competence.
Mr. Al Aali also highlighted the significant impact of the support provided by Tamkeen, which will positively affect the recruitment and promotion of local talent ultimately improving the quality of services the hospital provides to its patients.
